Prof. Dr. Syamala Devi V.S., M.D (Ayu) is a highly respected academician, experienced Ayurvedic physician, and dedicated educational administrator with extensive expertise in Ayurvedic medical education, clinical practice, and institutional leadership. With her strong academic background, professional excellence, and commitment towards holistic healthcare, she plays a vital role in guiding Maria Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital towards academic and clinical excellence.

As the Principal, she continuously focuses on maintaining high standards in education, research, discipline, student development, and healthcare training. Her leadership encourages students to achieve professional competency through quality learning, ethical values, practical exposure, and research-oriented education.

She strongly believes in preserving the authentic principles of Ayurveda while integrating modern teaching methodologies and clinical advancements for the benefit of future healthcare professionals.
